8 slices white bread, de-crusted
6 eggs
4 1/2 cups Milk
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Do:
Preheat oven to 325-350F. Decrust white bread and square them so that they tessellate at the bottom of a glass pan (no smaller than 2″). Mix all other ingredients in bowl then pour over bread. Place in oven and bake for 45mins. Remove from heat once it solidifies to a custard-consistency. Cool slightly and serve.
